How to: Activate Automatic Word Selection in a document.
Solution:
Select 'Options...' from the 'Tools' menu, click the 'Edit' tab, and select 'Automatic Word Selection'.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
2) Click the 'Edit' tab.
3) Do one of the following in the 'Editing Options' group:
a) To activate Automatic Word Selection, select the 'Automatic Word Selection' check box.
b) To deactivate Automatic Word Selection, clear (uncheck) the 'Automatic Word Selection' check box.
4) Click 'OK'.
